Having people, pets, homes, cottages or other special subjects painted in watercolor are unique artworks for your home or office. A hand-painted portrait is also a very personal gift and a lasting remembrance.

Paintings are completed from photo references that you provide. The best results come from sharp, clear color photographs that include varying distances and angles, and good lighting.  The more information I have to work from, the more accurate the portrait will be. If possible, I can take the photos myself. Naturally, there will be some artistic interpretation, and the result will be a beautiful and recognizable watercolor portrait.

 

Typical Commission Fee: $325 (unframed)
The price may be higher depending upon the complexity and size of the piece.  Multiple subjects are usually an additional $50 per subject.

The image size is usually 10"x 14", with a double mat, measuring 16"x 20".Your painting will be conservation matted with a sturdy backing ready to frame.
